UNIVERSAL DECLARATION
OF ANIMALS RIGHTS

PREAMBLE

Considering that any animal have rights,

Considering that the ignorance and the regardless of these rights led and still lead human being to commit crimes against nature and animals,

Considering that the recognition by human being of the right to live of others animals species constitutes the foundation of coexistence of species in the world,

Considering that genocides are perpectuated by human being and threat to be perpetuate,

Considering that respect of animals by human being is in league with respect of human being among themselves,

Considering that education must learn since childwood to observe, understand, respect and love animals,

IT IS PROCLAIMED WHAT IS FOLLOWING :

Article 1.

All animals are born equal in front of the life and have same rights to live.

Article 2.

1) Evey animal has right to respect.

2) Human being as animal specie, can't take upon himself the right to exterminate the others animals, or to exploit them breaking this right : he has to put his knowledge in animal's service.

3) Every animal has right to attention, to care and to the protection of human being.

Article 3.

1) None animal will be subject to ill-treatment nor cruels actions.

2) if to put an animal to death is necessary it must be instantaneous, painless and without distress.

Article 4

1) Every animal being part of wild specie has right to live free in his own natural environment, land, air or aquatic, and has right to reproduce.

2) All loss of freedom, even for educative reasons, is conflicting with this right.

Article 5

1) Every animal being part of a specie living traditionally in environment of human being has right to live and grow at the rythm and in the conditions of life and of freedom that are adapted to his specie.

2) All modification of this rythm or these conditions that would be impose by human being for the sole purpose to earn money is conflicting with this right.

Article 6

1) All animal that human being choice as pet, has right to a lifespan equal to his natural longevity.

2) Abandonment of an animal is an action cruel and degrading.

Article 7

1) All working animal has right to a reasonable limitation of the duration and the intensity of work, to a good food and refreshing.

Article 8

1) Animal experiments meaning physical suffering or psycological suffering is incompatible with animals rights, be medical experiments, scientific, commercial or any other form of experiments.

2) Substitutions technicals must be used and developed.

Article 9

1) When the animal is raised to be eaten, he must be feed, lodged, carried and killed without anxiety or pain.

Article 10

1) None animal has to be exploit for human pleasure.

2) Show of animals and exhibition using animals are incompatible with animal dignity.

Article 11

1) all action involving to put an animal to death without necessity is a biocide, that is to say a crime against the specie.

2) Pollution and destruction of natural environment lead to genocide.

Article 12

1) The animal must be treated with respect.

2) Violence scene that animals are victims must be baned on movies or T.V., except if they are to demonstrate that is an attack to rights of animals.

Article 13

1) Organism of animals protection and safeguard must be represent in the government.

2) Rights animal must be defended by law as the human rights.
